Trouble Shooting Having trouble listening to Messages? Q:  When I click on a link, why does a message on the lower left status window      say, "downloading" rather than simply playing in my Windows Media Player? A:   Usually this problem is caused by a program called Quick Time.      1.  Open up Quick Time Player (from Start Menu/Programs)      2.  Go into the "Preferences" on the "Edit" menu (depending on version)      3.  Select "Quick Time Preferences"      4.  Select "Browser Plug-In" in pull-down box.      5.  Select "MIME Settings"      6.  Make sure "MP3" file types are all unchecked Still having problems?    Click here to notify me of your specific difficulty...
